refunds / return POLICY

Welcome to NASH Solutions! All of our products come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase and can be returned for free within 7 days of delivery for approved reasons (see below). After the free 7 day window, returns/refunds can be processed up to 30 days from date of purchase minus credit card processing fees (2.9%) and return shipping. Please contact us below with any problems. 

Steps to Process a return or refund

STEP 1

Please contact our NASH Solutions support service : support@nashsolutions.com. Please provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

STEP 2

Our support service team will investigate and determine a solution based on the issue/photos/and our policy within 2 business days.

STEP 3

Return the product (if required). Our support team will process the return in 2 business days. Please allow 2-14 business days for funds to reach your card. Times vary within card issuers. 

Approved Free Shipping Returns within 7 days

1. Damaged goods on arrival. 

2. Wrong item sent. Please provide item, SKU # and shipping labels. 

3. Item does not match the description. 

4. Quality Issues. 

NOTE: All reasons much have clear photo documentation.
